The most important game in the SEC West over the past decade will return to its primetime slot on national television on November 5.

Alabama will travel to Baton Rouge next weekend to take on LSU and CBS announced Monday that the game will be the second half of a college football doubleheader on the network.

The Tigers have climbed back into the rankings after a 2-2 start that led to the firing of head coach Les Miles. Under the guidance of interim coach Ed Orgeron, LSU has won three straight including last week's 17-point win over Ole Miss. The team now sits 19th in the AP poll and only one game back in the division.

Alabama will be looking for its 21st straight win overall and its 6th straight in the series with LSU.
