Friday marks the start of fall camp for the University of Alabama and former offensive lineman Mike Johnson knows exactly what the players are about to go through over the next month.

The former All-American joined 'The Gary Harris Show' to discuss the start of camp and some of the storylines to follow over the next month. The team will practice a total of 20 times before the first game week and that includes three workouts inside Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The team will begin camp with an afternoon practice at the football facility on Friday before moving to the stadium on Saturday for Fan Day. Gates will open at 3 p.m. for that event and fans can get in free.
