The Southeastern Conference announced the preseason All-SEC teams after more than 300 ballots were cast at SEC Media Days. 

The Crimson Tide led the way once again with seven players selected to the first-team, which is two shy of the record set by Alabama in 2011. A total of 13 players were selected on first, second or third-team.

Sophomore wide receiver Calvin Ridley received the third-most votes behind LSU running back Leonard Fournette and Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly.
