The Alabama-Washington State series set for this weekend will now feature a doubleheader on Friday with the Saturday matchup remaining as scheduled.

Due to the threat of weather on Sunday, the two teams agreed to play a doubleheader on Friday. Game one of the weekend will move up an hour and start at 2 p.m. CT. The second game of the day on Friday will start exactly 45 minutes after the final out of game one.

Saturday’s contest will remain a 1 p.m. CT first pitch in what will now be the series finale.

Tickets for Sunday’s game will be honored for both games on Friday, while tickets for Saturday’s originally scheduled contest will remain as intended. Fans who can’t attend the games can catch all the action on SEC Network+.
