Saturday is when it all goes down: Alabama and USC. The biggest game of the day kicks off at 7:00 PM, and we're previewing the match up in any and all ways possible, so what better way of scouting your opponent than to speak with one of the media members who covers them?

Gary Paskewitz of WeAreSC.com was on with Ryan Fowler to discuss the upcoming game between the Crimson Tide and Trojans. One of the obvious observations of this USC team is how explosive their offense could be, with the return of All-American candidate JuJu Smith-Schuster at wide receiver and Max Browne (the top pocket passer in the 2013 recruiting class) finally getting his opportunity to start in Los Angeles, but USC head coach Clay Helton may use one of the younger quarterbacks, freshman Sam Darnold, in certain situations to add some variety to their offense.

"I do think we'll see [him] against Alabama. Sam Darnold is a talent, Ryan. He's a guy who can do some damage with his legs and he's got a very live arm. So I do expect it. If [USC gets] into some red zone stuff, if [they] get into some short yardage situations, I don't think Helton will hesitate."

Las Vegas has Alabama as about 10-point favorites over Southern Cal, with the over/under sitting at 53.5. While this line may seem completely fine to Alabama fans, if the total points scored in this game does reach 54 and beyond, Paskewitz believes that would favor the Trojans with their potentially explosive offense.

"That 53 number, if it can go above that, I think that favors USC in terms of the offensive production out there. If this turns into a little more of a shootout, I think that's in favor of the Trojans."
