Tuesday turned out to be a busy day in Tuscaloosa after news broke that Alabama offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian was leaving Tuscaloosa after coaching just one game. 

The airwaves were full of reactions to the move all afternoon. One of the best perspectives came from longtime Tuscaloosa News reporter and columnist Cecil Hurt, who has been around the program since the 80s.

He shared his thoughts on Sarkisian and gave some insight into the Nick Saban's process to hire the next offensive coordinator.
