The sports world might be zeroed in on the NCAA Tournament this week, but the football conversation never stops in Tuscaloosa. That's especially true on The Game, where Ryan Fowler rarely turns his attention away from Alabama football.

With spring practice one week away, Fowler spoke with Ira Schoffel of Warchant.com to take an early look at the huge season opener this fall. The September 2 game could pit the preseason No. 1 and No. 2 team against each other in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Both programs return a lot of talent and expectations are through the roof entering the 2017 season. Schoffel provided some insight into next year's roster for the Seminoles, talked about how the team developed through the course of the 2016 season, and previewed spring practice in Tallahassee.
