One former SEC head coach took the "if you can't beat them, join them" approach when it came down to choosing his next job.

According to multiple reports former Tennessee head coach Butch Jones will join Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide as an offensive analyst.

Jones was 34-27 with the Volunteers and finished 0-6 in the SEC before he was let go. Former Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt will replace Jones as head coach of the Volunteers.

Adam Kramer, writer of Bleacher Report, joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss if Alabama hiring Butch Jones a smart or bad move, a recap from Alabama's combine and a look ahead to pro day, and his thoughts on the new kick off rule being proposed.
