Football recruits be warned: college football coaches are watching and making assessments based on your social media accounts.

We've already know that coaches give recruits a social media check, but Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema takes it a step further. If he doesn't like what he sees - even a picture or a name - he'll move on to the next guy.

"I've turned down players based on their Twitter handles," Bielema said. "I've turned down players based on Twitter pictures. It's just that's how I choose to run our program."

Bielema, speaking at SEC Media Days, elaborated on his recruiting strategy, which includes a 'social media screening' for all potential Razorbacks.

"We have a social media background screening that you've got to go through, and if you have a social media nickname or something on your Twitter account that makes me sick, I'm not going to recruit you."

His methods have been working just fine at Arkansas. The Razorbacks have pulled in top-30 recruiting classes in each of his first three recruiting classes according to 247Sports.

Watch him explain at SEC Media Days.
