Cameron Robinson Commits to Alabama
The nation's number one overall prospect for the class of 2014, Cameron Robinson, committed to Alabama on Wednesday afternoon on ESPNU. As great as Nick Saban's recruiting classes have been at Alabama, this might go down as his best recruit when he gets him to Tuscaloosa. Robinson is a 6'5", 330 pound, offensive tackle out of West Monroe, Louisiana, who would would have a chance to make an immediate impact as a freshman in 2014.
Speculation that he would commit to the Crimson Tide began following his unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa on August 17. Shortly after returning to Louisiana, Robinson announced that he would be making his college decision on August 30. That date eventually got pushed back so that ESPNU could broadcast it live.
