This past weekend, Alabama football conducted their first scrimmage of fall camp.

Among the standouts in the scrimmage was sophomore signal caller Tua Tagovailoa. According to Matt Zenitz of Al.com, the Hawaii native had an outstanding scrimmage with three touchdown aerials and no interceptions while junior Jalen Hurts struggled with a reported total of no touchdowns and three picks.

A former Crimson Tide defensive back also backed up Zenitz's report with his assessments of Tua's progression during the offseason including Saturday's scrimmage.

With less than three weeks away until toe meets leather for Alabama football, DC from Golden Shores Productions recapped the recent scrimmage including his view of the performances of quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts.

The Golden Shores Production analyst provided his thoughts on what the scrimmage means for the two quarterbacks heading into the final two weeks of practice, how well Dan Enos has handled the quarterbacks and the progress of a pair of young defensive lineman in fall camp.
