Heading into the second half 17-14, this Iron Bowl seemed like another instant-classic in the making. Tua Tagovailoa, if he didn't have a Heisman moment before, quickly shifted the momentum in Alabama's favor.

Color Analyst for the game, CBS analyst Gary Danielson joined The Jay Barker Show with Lars Anderson and Kerry Adams to recap The Iron Bowl.

Danielson wasn't very surprised by the outcome. He believed that Auburn needed to create big plays, like the blocked punt, to stay competitive. Which they simply didn't do in the second half of play.

"I thought the impressive part about Alabama was that they stayed patient," Danielson told Hosts Jay and Lars. "Then when the opportunity to make the big plays arrived, they made them."

Danielson also explained why this Alabama team is unique to previous Saban-lead teams.

"That's why this Alabama team is so different," Danielson said. "It's funny usually a team can beat you anyway they want to. Alabama can beat you anyway the opposite team chooses to be beat."
