The quarterback competition is over, at least for the time being.

The Alabama Crimson Tide opens up the season with a 51-14 victory over the Louisville Cardinals and the talk of the weekend was the performance from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

Tagovailoa threw for 227 yards and two touchdowns while Jalen Hurts came off the bench and threw for 70 yards, 5/9 from the field.
