One week after college football fans enjoyed one of the most exciting national championship games of all-time, some are still debating whether the result would be the same if Alabama and Clemson played again.

ESPN analyst Brad Edwards joined The Game to look back on the college football season and last week's final game in Glendale. During the conversation, Edwards told host Ryan Fowler that he would pick Clemson to win if they took the field against each other

"My money would be on Clemson if they played again," Edwards said.

As you can hear in the video above, Edwards argues that the things Clemson had success with would probably continue in the next game. On the flip side, the big plays that Alabama pulled off would be less likely to occur a second time.

The argument is an interesting one and it created a lot of discussion on the show. Either way, the Crimson Tide made the plays it needed to on that night to claim the school's 16th national championship.
