Nick Saban says never waste a failure and everything is a process, so when Alabama finishes a season whether it lead to a national championship or a loss, it's always on to the next season.

Alabama defensive back Anthony Averett used Saban's process to improve his game on the field and all the way to the NFL Draft being selected 118 overall to the Baltimore Ravens.

Averett joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss working with Coach Saban in the secondary and his process to reach their season goals each year.

He also reflects on his thoughts throughout the national championship game and draft night, and also discussed what he learned in Tuscaloosa to carry over to the NFL level.
