Former Beatle Ringo Starr Shows His Support for the Crimson Tide
The Crimson Tide have apparently now achieved worldwide fame with one lone Tweet, sent out to over 1.4 million followers after their Peach Bowl victory.
Alabama football has no shortage of celebrity supporters like actresses Melissa Joan Hart, Courtney Cox, and Sela Ward, NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, actors Channing Tatum and Lucas Black, country singer Sara Evans, cable news host Joe Scarborough, and more, but did anyone expect one of the two remaining Beatles to show his love for the Crimson Tide?
Following the Tide’s win over the Washington Huskies in Saturday’s Peach Bowl, former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr Tweeted a picture showing his Crimson Tide pride and offerings of peace and love in the new year!

Our favorite former television witch Melissa Joan Hart also continued showing her love for the crimson and white with an Instagram photo.
Okay Paul McCartney, Ringo is now our favorite Beatle. What you got for us?
