Although an official announcement hasn't been made, Tosh Lupoi's Twitter account makes it pretty clear that he's joining the staff at The University of Alabama.

Along with sharing that tweet, Lupoi has changed his bio to include 'Process over Outcome; Journey over Destination!', a location of 'T Town, AL', and a coachsaban.net as his website.

If the hire has happened, Alabama will be adding a young coach with a strong recruiting reputation. Rivals named Lupoi the 2010 Recruiter of the Year after flipping Keenan Allen from Alabama and adding a number of other high-profile players. Most recently, he finished ranked 36th in recruiting by 247Sports a year ago when he brought in five players (four 4-stars) to Washington.

Lupoi was in line to join the staff at USC when a Los Angeles Times report alleged that he provided extra benefits to a former Washington signee, but the NCAA cleared his name and assessed no penalties. CBS' Bruce Feldman talked with Lupoi recently about his future.

I'm excited to take the next step in life," Lupoi told Feldman. "I'm blessed to have been around so many exceptional leaders and so many amazing people in my career. My time at the UW was greatly valuable, and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to have worked at such a wonderful institution. This recent adversity has only strengthened me as a man and as a coach. My passion for the game, making a difference in young men's lives will never be deterred.

The position he'll fill is still unclear but speculation has him joining the personnel department.
