ESPN released its preseason All-America list for 2016 and The University of Alabama placed a player on offense, defense, and special teams.

The Crimson Tide accounted for four of the 25 total players to land on the preseason team. Offensive tackle Cam Robinson, defensive lineman Jonathan Allen, linebacker Reuben Foster, and punter JK Scott were the representatives from the nation's No. 1 team.

This year's All-American team has one of the toughest backfields in recent memory. Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson joins running backs Leonard Fournette from LSU and Christian McCaffrey of Stanford. Those three players make up the Heisman Trophy favorites this season as well.

The Crimson Tide will face at least four players on this list, and two of them will be playing in the first game of the season. USC can boast JuJu Smith-Schuster at wide receiver and Adoree' Jackson as an all-purpose player on the All-American team. Both of those players could give Alabama a lot of trouble when the teams meet in Arlington on September 3.
