The Alabama defense looks to be the strength of the Crimson Tide as the 2016 season approaches, and the unit will once again be led by the defensive front.

The leader of that group is defensive end Jonathan Allen, who decided to return to school for his senior season after leading Alabama with 12 sacks in 2015. He was one of three representatives for the Crimson Tide when the team went in front of reporters at SEC Media Days on Wednesday.

During his appearance in Hoover, Allen spoke about his reasons to return, what he's taken away from losses to Ole Miss, and which young players are in a position to step up on defense.
