Jonathan Allen Talks About Facing Florida in SEC Championship Game [VIDEO]

Two days after wrapping up a 12-0 regular season, the Alabama football team returned to work as preparations begin for the SEC Championship Game against Florida.

Defensive lineman Jonathan Allen met with reporters on Monday to discuss the defense and the matchup with the Gators on Saturday. The senior said Florida possesses some of the main

"They definitely have the same principles that we have," Allen said. They like to dominate the line of scrimmage, start with a dominant defense, and just don't really make a lot of mental errors."

The Crimson Tide will have an opportunity to win its third straight SEC Championship Game this Saturday in Atlanta.

"Of course, who wouldn't want to do that? But like Coach Saban says, you got to focus on what you got to do to get the results you want."

Alabama and Florida will kickoff at 3PM inside the Georgia Dome and Tide 102.9 will begin pregame coverage at 10AM.
