Everyone talks about how important Nick Saban is to the Alabama Crimson Tide and he is definetly at the top of the mountain among important figures of the program.

But strength and coordination coach Scott Cochran is being regarded as the second most important piece to the program.

From smashing second place trophies to the halftime motivational speech during the national championship game, there is no doubt of the importance he is to the team and one former linebacker seems to agree.

Former Alabama and now Washington Redskins linebacker Shaun Dion Hamilton joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to talk about playing under Nick Saban, the national championship game, how important is Scott Cochran to the team, and playing with former Crimson Tide players Da'Ron Payne, Ryan Anderson, Jonathan Allen and Cam Sims at Washington.

For Shaun Dion Hamilton's full conversation with Ryan Fowler, make sure you watch the video above the article. Don't miss The Game weekday afternoons from 2-6 p.m. for the latest surrounding Alabama Crimson Tide.
