The Buffalo Bills finally have some good news: Receiver Sammy Watkins is among three starters returning to practice.

Watkins and defensive tackles Marcell Dareus and Kyle Williams made their training camp debuts Monday after passing physicals.

Watkins has been out since April, when he had surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left foot. Dareus had been sidelined with an illness.

The Bills have taken a cautious approach with Williams, who has been out since having surgery on his left knee late last season.

But the team is still banged up. General manager Doug Whaley told The Associated Press that rookie linebacker Reggie Ragland was scheduled to have follow-up tests on his injured left knee within the next two days. Ragland was hurt Friday.
