On Wednesday, the City of Tuscaloosa announced a few of the musical acts playing the weekly 'Live at the Plaza' throughout the months of June and July.

The 3rd annual 'Live at the Plaza' concert series is free to the public and each night will run from 6 to 9 pm. The music will be performed by local musicians in a family-friendly atmosphere so feel free to bring Grandmother and the kids!

Here's the schedule of upcoming artists:

June 9 - The Lagoons
June 16 - Justin Oliver
June 23 - Tarred & Feathered
July 7 - Campbell Station

More acts will be announced as they are finalized.

New this season, attendees will no longer be able to bring their own adult beverages, instead the city has created an entertainment district for each show. Alcohol can be purchased from restaurants and bars within and on the district boundaries and taken to Government Plaza and other areas within the district, which includes several surrounding blocks.

If you're a musician or are in a band and are interested in performing at 'Live at the Plaza' or are a business interested in sponsorship opportunities, contact liveattheplaza@gmail.com.
