The final non-conference game of the season for Alabama might easily get overlooked nationally because Chattanooga is an FCS school, but that doesn't change the way Nick Saban approaches this week.

The head coach met with reporters on Monday for his weekly press conference and used a popular movie quote to drive home his point about preparation.

"I think that this week the old Shawshank Redemption statement 'you're either busy living or you're busy dying' really kinda means you're not gonna really stay the same, " Saban said at his press conference. "So from our perspective, we're either going to get better or we're going to get worse. We're probably not going to stay the same."

Saturday's game should give the team an opportunity to work on specific areas, one of which will be special teams Saban said. And they'll get to do so against a team ranked 11th in the latest FCS poll.

"Chattanooga is a very well-coached team. Russ (Huesman) had done a really good job there. They're 8-2. They're one of the top teams in their division."

Saturday's game will kickoff at 6PM inside Bryant-Denny Stadium.
