Football season must be getting really close now that we have national television shows starting back up with the 'Nick Saban is overrated' debate.

It never fails that one national host or writer always tries to poke the hornet's nest to draw attention while completely disregarding how much it's actually hurting credibility. Or maybe they just don't care. We've heard the dynasty was over multiple times, heard that Nick Saban can't keep up with the new spread offenses, and heard that he can no longer recruit.

So what else is there to say about the man who has guided the Alabama Crimson Tide to five national championships in nine years and lost a total of just 14 games over 10 seasons? He's overrated, of course.

This latest hot take comes from, you guessed it, Skip Bayless. Good luck trying to follow this reasoning.

Football season just can't get here soon enough.
