Sunday night, the New England Patriots claimed their sixth Super Bowl title in team history with a 13-3 victory over the Los Angeles.

Alabama was well represented in the Super Bowl with former Crimson Tide starts Dont'a Hightower and Mark Barron starting at linebacker for the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams respectively.

Barron had the second most tackles in the game for the Rams with eight total tackles along with a pass deflection.

For the Patriots, Hightower recorded three quarterback hits, two tackles for loss, two sacks and a pass deflection.

Although the Patriots mustered only 13 points for the game, the former Alabama linebacker helped them limit the Rams offense to a Super Bowl record low three points.

For Hightower, the win gives him three Super Bowl rings in his professional football career while Sunday's big game marked the first ever Super Bowl appearance for Mark Barron.
