Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland is projected to be a first round pick in upcoming NFL Draft, but he continues to work on improving his stock.

The All-American was one of 19 Crimson Tide players that participated in Alabama's annual Pro Day on Wednesday. He went through a number of drills for scouts and coaches but chose to sit out of the 40-yard dash. He told reporters after the event that Nick Saban told him he didn't need to run again. Ragland ran the 40 in 4.72 seconds at the NFL Combine last month.

Listen to what the senior had to say about his workout and his skills at the linebacker position.
