The country continues to talk about the Alabama defense after a shutout win over LSU in which the Crimson Tide held the Tigers to just 125 total yards of offense.

During his Monday press conference, head coach Nick Saban said he has some 'pretty hateful' guys on his defense. Senior linebacker Ryan Anderson is one of those players.

"I hate everybody on the other team," Ryan Anderson told reporters.

There aren't many descriptions that describe the Alabama defense much better than 'hateful' does. The entire unit flies to the football and punishes opposing players time and time again.

That's one of the reasons Anderson thinks this is the best team he's been a part of.

"I would say this team is the best team that I've been on...just blocking all the outside stuff out and not listening to how good people think we are. And everybody just show up to work every week. We put the past in the past, and we just all focus on being 1-0 the next week."

The Crimson Tide will face Mississippi State on Saturday and be tasked with stopping an offense that has rolled up 1,243 yards the past two weeks.
