Scott Cochran Describes His Strength & Conditioning Program and Goals for Players

Alabama strength and conditioning coach Scott Cochran might be the most recognizable assistant on Nick Saban's staff with his trademark voice and limitless energy.

Cochran made a brief appearance at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl media days and we grabbed him for a couple of minutes to discuss his program and why it's so successful. He also shared his thoughts on the expectation level at Alabama and why the players need to set the bar higher than anyone else.
