Increased rainfall, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes are in the forecast again today as the result of Tropical Storm Cindy.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has continued a Flash Flood Watch until 7 p.m. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is possible, and as many areas have already seen 2 to 4 inches of rain in the past three days, there is a chance that trees could be downed with winds as low as 40 MPH. Winds of up to 60 MPH are possible today along with the threat of isolated tornadoes.

We'll continue to monitor weather conditions and bring you updates as the forecast continues to develop. For a more in-depth look at the forecast, check out the latest ABC 33/40 Weather Xtreme video below.
