The No. 1 ranked Clemson Tigers had their yearly close win against an unranked team in the disappointing Atlantic Coast Conference. After squeaking out a win from a then 4-2 Boston College squad, it’s clear to me that a competitive 2020 College Football Playoff shouldn’t include the Clemson Tigers.

The Big Ten has released a revised schedule for the 2020 season. The schedule will include eight-game conference-only schedule. The Big Ten's first game will be on Oct. 24. The conference will also add in a ninth game for all 14 teams during a newly created Big Ten "Champions Week" on Dec. 19.

Early Tuesday morning, college football fans woke up to the announcement of the new, redesigned Big Ten Conference Schedule. It is comprised of ten conference games spanning from September 5th until November 21st with a Big Ten Title Game at Lucas Oil Stadium In Indianapolis on December 5th.
