Alabama tight end O.J. Howard reeled in his first touchdown catch of 2016 during the 48-0 win over Kent State on Saturday.

The senior caught a pass from quarterback Blake Barnett midway through second quarter and outran the defense down the sideline for a 34-yard touchdown.

“We came out, and wanted to get it going early," Howard said after the game. "We needed good tempo going into it early. Everyone did their assignment and came out here to dominate.”

For the season, Howard has 10 catches for 152 yards through four games.
