On a day where Alabama's defense dominated the game, linebacker Tim Williams stole the spotlight. The pass rushing specialist disrupted the passing game so much during A-Day that ESPN asked Nick Saban at halftime whether they'd slow him down so the offense could get some work in during the second half.

The senior was constantly in the backfield during the White team's 7-3 win over Crimson on Saturday and looks like he could be a force this fall.

"I was wanted to go out there and show my burst and keep my speed because I picked up a little weight over the spring," Williams said after the game.

The Louisiana native finished second on the team in sacks in 2015 with 10.5 while playing primarily on third down. He said he's worked hard this spring to improve his all-around game so that he can stay on the field much more in 2016.

You can listen to all of his A-Day postgame comments in the video above.
