Black Warrior Brewing Company will host their monthly 'Pints with a Purpose' fundraising event on Thursday benefiting the Homegrown Alabama Farmer's Market.

Homegrown Alabama is a student-led group that seeks to educate students about the value of local produce, as well as to foster partnerships between local farmers and the University of Alabama.

Their farmer's market is set up on the Canterbury Episcopal Chapel lawn located at 812 5th Avenue in Tuscaloosa, every Thursday from 3–6 pm through October 23rd.

During the Black Warrior Brewing fundraising event, supporters and beer lovers alike can stop by to learn more about Homegrown Alabama, listen to live music from Voodoo Saints and enjoy a cold beer with 20% of their total drink sales going to support this month's chosen charity.

Get updates and let them know you're coming on the 'Pints with a Purpose' Facebook event page.
