Tuscaloosa Police Release Body Cam Video Showing UA Student Arrests

The Tuscaloosa Police Department released the body cam video from the arrest of three students forceful arrest following a loud party complaint.

The video redacted the portion showing the students being removed from their apartment, but there is more than two hours of footage included.

The three University of Alabama students were arrested in the early morning hours of November 8 after police responded to noise complaints. The TPD held a press conference the following day to update the public on an internal investigation that had been opened in to the video. Three officers were placed on administrative leave as a result.
