Video: Coach Gene Stallings discusses adjustments in the coaching

Nick Saban has replaced coordinators and coaches throughout his career, but this season may be one of his biggest changes losing both his offensive and defensive coordinator in the same season.

But as Saban, and many coaches before him, he will have to rebuild with a target on his back as the Crimson Tide defend their championship next season.

Former Alabama head coach Gene Stallings joined The Game with Ryan Fowler for his weekly Wednesday segment where he takes questions from callers and he gave his opinion Nick Saban's adjustment in the coaching staff and what he did as a head coach in a similar situation.
