The Alabama Crimson Tide has dominated every position in the NFL, but they have missed on that starting quarterback. That may change this summer.

Former Alabama starting quarterback and Cincinnati Bengals AJ McCarron won his grievance against the Bengals making him a unrestricted free agent this upcoming off season and the question remains what's next for AJ?

McCarron joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss his reaction when he heard the news that he won his grievance and where does his work ethic come from. He also discussed that there is no hard feelings with the Bengals organization and under stands it's a business and nothing is personal between both parties.

"It was never anything personal, we always had a great relationship and even though it ended the way it did, I felt like I can pick up the phone and call them if I ever need them."

Some teams looking to add a quarterback this off season are the Cleveland Browns, NY Jets, Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, and the Denver Broncos just to name a few that could be in the McCarron bidding war. He also addressed what he'll be looking for in a team and he primary goal is to win games.
