One of the biggest stories in college football this offseason is coming out of Tuscaloosa.

The biggest question going into spring practice in a few weeks is what Nick Saban is going to do at the quarterback position between Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa.

Writer and broadcaster for The SEC Network Tony Barnhart joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss what Saban will do with the quarterback position.

"I asked Coach Saban, I'm not speculating coach what's fair to say," Barnhart said. He said 'what's fair to say is what I told the players, I told the players we're going to have a competition and your going to have the opportunity to show what you can do, and were going to let the guy who gives us the best chance to win do it.' But he also added on last season and he said 'and that might mean more than one guy. And to me, I don't think you can take the possibility of both of the guys playing."

"Now no one has told me this, but I can tell you what I've learned in the last 5 or 6 years, a starting quarterback won't be named at Alabama after spring practice, I can pretty much promise you that. Because you never do that now because chances are if you do that chance are you do that the other guys going to leave."

He also discusses how surprised he was Saban made a change at quarterback in the national championship game, coaches using Saban's age against him in recruiting and are we watch the greatest dynasty in college football history.
