This spring practice for Alabama is just like every other one under Nick Saban. The team will use 15 days in March and April to begin identifying players that can step in and replace starters lost from the previous season.

The Crimson Tide had another group of talented players depart the program after the national championship game in January. That list included a couple of All-Americans, a Heisman Trophy winner, and rock-solid center, and a starting quarterback.

But which of these players will be the most difficult to replace on the 2016 team? Our staff answers that question in the video above.

The team returns to the practice field on Monday to resume spring practice.
