Alabama head coach Nick Saban hopes to see one of his quarterbacks begin to separate himself from the group of four and take control of the team. That's what he said he's looking for as fall practice rolls along in Tuscaloosa.

The quick media viewing period gave us another opportunity to watch the position as they went through drills as offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin looked on. When they split into pairs, David Cornwell and Jalen Hurts worked on one side while Cooper Bateman and Blake Barnett worked on the other.
