After a stretch of four straight games against ranked opponents, Alabama returns home to take on an upstart Mississippi State team.

The Crimson Tide has to rebound from a slugfest against LSU. The two teams battled to a 10-0 final, which was Alabama's lowest offensive output of the season.

"Obviously last game was very physical, tough," Nick Saban said on Monday. "If you like old fashioned football, I guess that's what it was."

Saban said there are things to work on ahead of Mississippi State in order to keep improving consistency. It's a game that might get overlooked because of the 29-point spread, but the Bulldogs upset 4th-ranked Texas A&M last week.

"We obviously have a lot of work to do in some areas of our team. And I think the biggest thing is you can't have any kind of relief syndrome after a big, emotional game, especially when you have a really good team coming up."
