The Alabama Crimson Tide is set to have yet another outstanding recruiting class, and one of the biggest targets left on the board for 2016 is linebacker Lyndell "Mack" Wilson.

On National Signing Day (February 3), the five-star prospect out of Carver High School in Montgomery has announced that he will sign his national letter of intent at 1 PM on ESPN2.

If he chooses to sign with the Tide, he could potentially be the second five-star linebacker to sign with Alabama on National Signing Day (Ben Davis out of Gordo High School).

Wilson is considered by Rivals.com as the 4th best linebacker recruit in the country, and the 26th best overall player. At 6'1" and 235 lbs, Wilson would fit in perfectly with Nick Saban and Jeremy Pruitt's style of defense: using outstanding athletes at linebacker to make tackles in the running game, but also are able to cover tight ends and receivers lined up in the slot position.
