It's a question that we'll have plenty of time to debate, but could Alabama head coach Nick Saban end up in television after his coaching career is over?

We're still almost a decade away from finding out now that Saban has signed a contract extension that keeps him with the Crimson Tide through the 2024 season, but it's still a fun topic to speculate because there are many different opinions. Then there's the uncertainty of television and what form it will take in the future.

But one media reporter thinks ESPN will make a hard push to bring Saban to the network when he's finished in Tuscaloosa.

Saban routinely makes appearances on ESPN's studio shows and has also been a guest on postseason coverage during the years Alabama wasn't playing for national championship. In each of those visits, his personality and insight appear to be a perfect fit for an analyst role, but would he be interested?

Thankfully for Alabama fans, it will likely be a long time before any decision is made.
