Alabama kicks off against Texas A&M at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, and the forecast calls for a high in the mid-90's with a 30% chance for scattered showers. The heat and humidity will be an issue for those in attendance this weekend, so here are 4 ways you can beat the heat at Bryant-Denny.

1. Stay Hydrated

You can bring an empty water bottle into the stadium. There will be filling stations at sections D, K, N-8, and BB as well as the top of all four corner spiral ramps. Making sure you're drinking plenty of water is essential to staying hydrated.

2. Visit the Cooling Stations

There are cooling stations with fans and chairs located at sections L, LL, N-1, N-8, GG, EE, BB, D, and K. Stop by the cooling stations for a respite from the afternoon heat before you watch the Tide roll.

3. Use a Cooling Towel

Cooling towels are a great way to help bring down your core temperature. Click THIS LINK to see an awesome Alabama towel that's perfect for the weekend.

4. Wear sunscreen and a hat
