The Greg Goff era of Alabama baseball begins Friday night and every game of the 2017 season can be heard on Tide 102.9 and 100.9 in Tuscaloosa.

The Crimson Tide open the year with a three-game series against Presbyterian. Game one is scheduled for 5PM and the broadcast will begin at 4:55 PM.

Friday night's game marks the debut for the new Alabama head coach as he replaces Mitch Gaspard. Goff arrives in Tuscaloosa after two years at the helm of Louisiana Tech. During his brief time as head coach of the Bulldogs, the team earned its first NCAA at-large bid in program history. Goff's 42-20 record last season was the sixth 40-win season in 13 years as a head coach.

Alabama will be looking for its first 40-win season since 2010, but preseason projections don't give the Crimson Tide much of a chance to reach that number. The Southeastern Conference head coaches picked Alabama to finished in a tie for last in the SEC West with only Missouri receiving fewer votes in the conference.

The team will have a 21-game homestand to open the season that includes the conference opener against Missouri in mid-March.
