Alabama Basketball Begins February Schedule with Mississippi State
The Alabama men's basketball team turns the page on the 2016 calendar after finishing up the SEC's most difficult schedule in January. The Crimson Tide's competition owns a combined winning percentage of .688 (110-50) coming into Tuesday night, but will get a slight break in the month of February.
That begins tonight with a trip Mississippi State. The Bulldogs have the same 2-6 conference record as the Crimson Tide so both teams will be looking for a much-needed win.
Alabama has won five-straight in the series, which is the school's longest streak in the series since 1986-87. Avery Johnson's team can match the record with a win in Starkville tonight.
