The Crimson Tide dropped its first game of the season over the weekend to Minnesota, but Avery Johnson's team still moved up in the latest AP top 25.

Alabama climbed one spot to No. 24 after beating a tough UT-Arlington team and knocking off BYU in Brooklyn before falling to Minnesota. The Crimson Tide actually finished that game with just three players after the entire bench was ejected in the second half, Dazon Ingram fouled out, and John Petty got injured.

Alabama will return to Tuscaloosa to begin a three-game homestand a trip to Tuscon to face Arizona. The Wildcats took the biggest drop in the poll this week after losing three games in the Bahamas. The team fell completely out of the top 25 after being inside the top 5 last week.

Here are the top 25 teams in The Associated Press' men's college basketball poll, with first-place votes in parentheses, records through Nov. 26, total points based on 25 points for a first-place vote through one point for a 25th-place vote and last week's ranking:
