Alabama freshman Jarin Stevenson has made his way to one of these mock drafts, projected to go No. 27 to the Denver Nuggets, according to Yahoo Sports Krysten Peek.

"Head coach Nate Oats has done it again with a raw, athletic freshman forward who possesses endless potential. Last season, it was Noah Clowney (the Brooklyn Nets drafted him with the 21st pick) and Stevenson appears to be further along than Clowney early in the season." wrote Peek.

Stevenson has been stellar off the bench for Nate Oats this season, averaging 10.3 points and 3.8 rebounds in 18.5 minutes a night.

Under Oats, Alabama has developed six NBA draftees and multiple two-way contract players. Oats also produced the highest draft pick in program history: Brandon Miller, who the Charlotte Hornets selected as the No. 2 pick in the NBA draft last summer.

In addition to Stevenson, Alabama has a few other players who have garnered interest from the National Basketball Association. Including Mark Sears and Grant Nelson, both of whom tested the NBA draft last offseason but opted to return to school.
