The day got started early for Alabama football on Friday as the team had one final practice before the first scrimmage of fall.

The Crimson Tide worked out in shorts and shoulder pads beginning at 9:30 a.m. It was the eighth practice of fall camp, which all leads up to Saturday's scrimmage inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. It will be the first opportunity for players to begin taking the bull by the horns and earning a starting spot for the 2017 season.

During Friday's media viewing period, we had a chance Alabama assistant Tosh Lupoi instruct his outside linebackers along with getting video of the wide receivers and defensive line going through drills.
