The Alabama baseball team will look to improve on their perfect record as they welcome the Washington State Cougars to Tuscaloosa for a three-game weekend series.

The Crimson Tide find themselves the owner of a 4-0 record after sweeping Valparaiso to kick off the season and then besting Middle Tennessee in a one-game matchup earlier this week. The Cougars enter the series with an overall record of 2-3 after starting the season off with a three-game losing streak.

For the Crimson Tide, Keith Holcombe and Cobie Vance, among others, will hope to continue hot starts of their own. Holcombe is hitting a team-high .667, including a 4-4 game against Valparaiso, through the first four contests of the year. Vance, on the other hand, leads the Crimson Tide with 5 RBIs and has impressed defensively after transitioning from second base to the hot corner to start the season.

The schedule for the Washington State series has shifted since its original announcement. There will now be a doubleheader on Friday, with the first game starting at 2 p.m. and the second game starting shortly after its conclusion. The final game of the series will be played on Saturday at 1 p.m.

You can catch all three matchups live on SEC Network+ or stream the Crimson Tide Sports Network broadcast on Tide 102.9/100.9 or the all-new Tide 102.9 app.
